Downloading of Parrot software update files

Just a quick note to explain how to obtain the update files for Parrot handsfree kits as this seems to be an issue for some customers.

Simply select the update file you require, add to basket and then go to checkout. To receive the file you must complete checkout with valid information. There is no cost for the update file.

After the order has been placed it will take a few hours for the order to be processed. Customer services are only available from 8AM to 6.30PM Monday to Friday and 9AM to 4PM on Saturdays. When processing is complete you will receive an email with the order details and download link. This download link will expire after 7 days, if not used.

Please note that if you do not provide a valid email address you will never receive the order complete email and will not be able to download the file(s). It will also not be possible to process orders where the customer details are incorrect.

We have files available for the MKi9000 / MKi9100 and MKi9200 kits and these use the USB connector to perform the update

CK3000 Evo, CK3100 and 3200LS – the update files we have are for use with a serial update cable ONLY. We can supply the update cable, if required. We do not have the update files listed to perform the update over Bluetooth.

Finally, all update files for the MKi Series are ENGLISH ONLY.  We do not have any other languages.
