Refund and Returns Policy


General Terms

Your right to return goods is protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 which can be found here

We offer a 14 day exchange or refund period from the receipt of your item(s). For UK customers and the purposes of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, we will assume delivery has occurred after 3 working days after despatch. For international customers we will of course assume that the delivery will take longer and allow a 10 day period to elapse before considering the item delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, simply return the item, including either a copy of your invoice or your name and the order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We may only offer a partial refund if this occurs:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a maximum of 14 days. We would typically process your refund in 1 to 2 working days.

Late or missing refunds

After we have processed your refund it may take 3 to 5 working days for the refund to appear. This is due to bank processing delays. International transactions may take up to 10 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only standard priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We will exchange incorrectly ordered items upon request. You should also be aware that where a price difference occurs, we will need to charge for the difference in the price (or refund the difference if the replacement part is cheaper). We understand that it can be difficult to correctly identify the correct parts for your vehicle. Please email or use our Contact Us form to arrange the exchange.

We will not be able to send out the replacement item until the original part has been returned.  Alternatively, you may re-order the correct item and then return the incorrect part for a refund.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: JustCarKits, 221 London Road, Langley. Berkshire, SL3 7JN.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is recommended that you use a “Tracked” service to ensure delivery. Regrettably, we will not be able to refund items that we have not received.

As per The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 shipping costs will be refunded for the basic service cost, typically 2nd Class postage (for UK customers).

If you would like to opt for an exchange item we will despatch the item using a basic postal service.
