Parrprog – Mail Order update service for Parrot CK3000 Evo CK3100 and 3200LS

Mail order update service for any of the following Parrot models: CK3000 / CK3000 Evo / CK3100 / CK3300 / CK3500 / 3200LS / 3200LS Plus / 3400GPS / MK6000 / MK6100 / MKi9000 / Mki9100 / MKi9200. ***Please note that for the MKi Series you can perform the update yourself using a USB stick.
You can also perform the updates yourself on the CK3000, CK3100 and 3200LS by purchasing the appropriate update cable.

Your control box updated to the latest Parrot firmware version (or earlier versions by special request).

Parrot handsfree kit:
CK3000 / CK3000Evo / CK3100 / CK3300 / CK3500 / MK6000 / MK6100 / MKi9000 / Mki9100 / MKi9200.

CK3100 and CK3300:
This will cure No Power Up and “No Signal” issue, but please check the CK3100 display cable is also fully seated, as this can also cause an issue.
Simply return the control box only to JustCarKits (early ones are Black, later are Blue in colour). If you require a specific firmware version to be re-programmed this must be specified with a label attached to control box. Unless requested otherwise we will re-programme with the latest available English firmware version.

3200LS and 3400GPS
This will cure “White Screen” and “Letter P” faults.
We require the display unit with or without cable. If you require a specific firmware version to be re-programmed this must be specified with a label attached to display. Unless requested otherwise we will re-programme with the latest available English firmware version.

3200PLUS:
Please return the display and attached cable only. For the 3200PLUS we will also require the USB lead that plugs into bottom of LCD. If you require a specific firmware version to be re-programmed this must be specified with a label attached to display. Unless requested otherwise we will re-programme with the latest available English firmware version.

MKi9000, MKi9100, MKi9200:
If you have any of these models you can perform the update yourself using a USB stick.
If you would prefer to send in for an update we will require the following parts:
MKi9000 – Control Box and Remote
MKi9100 – Control Box, Remote and Screen. If an early version MKi9200 – Control Box, Remote and Screen. If an early version

As part of the re-programming service we will give the unit a very quick functional test
