VAT Information

All customers please note the following:

From the 1st of January 2021 UK rules for VAT have changed.

UK Customers:

VAT @ 20 % will still be charged for UK mainland customers.

Customers in Northern Ireland have a transition period until July 2021.

Customers in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar are now charged 0% VAT and may have to pay import tax and duty. Check with your local customs department.

EU Customers:

As from the 1st January 2021 all orders to the EU are now charged with no UK VAT ( 0% value added tax) applied.

When receiving your order, your local Customs will charge VAT at the destination country’s prevailing VAT rate and will also charge an administration / processing fee. Please check with your local postal service to determine the cost of the admin fee.

The VAT and admin fee will need to be paid for the goods to be delivered.

Other Countries outside of the UK and EU – Rest of the World:

As from the 1st January 2021 worldwide orders continue to have 0% UK VAT (value added tax) applied. This is still the same as it was prior to 1st January 2021.

Your local Customs may charge VAT or import tax and an administration fee. This will need to be confirmed with your local Customs department.
