I have removed all paired phones from my Parrot CK3100 but cannot pair another phone. This is quite a common problem and the good news is that the CK3100 is probably not faulty. This error is caused, for the most part, by an incorrect installation.
This seems to be a common question, so here is the method to reset the Parrot CK3100. It is a common internet myth that you can just reset the CK3100 by holding down the Red and Green buttons (as per the CK3000 Evo). This does not work.
