Restore and update VW RNS510 and Skoda Columbus Sat Nav unit

If your VW RNS510 or Skoda Columbus unit is stuck in a loop and turns on, shows logo and then turns off again, we can restore it

Price includes removal from your vehicle, re-loading of software on the RNS510 or Columbus and then re-installing the unit.
The process can take 2 to 3 hours, so we would normally remove the stereo and arrange an appointment to re-install when repaired.
It is also possible to arrange a "while you wait" appointment, but you should be prepared for a 2 to 3 hour wait, whilst the unit is restored.

Not included:
Map updates are not part of the process

We can briefly bench test the unit without the security code.
If the unit is being re-installed into the same vehicle the security code will not be required
You will also need your radio code (in user handbook), if possible.
