Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard credit / debit card payments through HSBC secure payments.

Mail order purchases are available by calling on 01753-673500 during normal business hours.

If you are shopping from within the EU, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euros, US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Special Order items are charged for at time of order and cannot be returned for credit.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling For UK orders we offer the following:
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Item has tracking number and is insured for replacement value up to £ 39.00.
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Item has tracking number and is insured for replacement value up to £ 500.00. Extra insurance can be added to cover items for up to £ 1000.00 replacement value. Saturday Special Delivery is also available for orders shipped on Fridays (at extra cost).

For European and International Orders we offer the following:
Standard Airmail - Not tracked or insured.
Signed For Airmail - Tracking from UK to destination country only. Insured for up to £ 250.00 replacement value (some countries are covered for up to £ 500.00 replacement value).

Delivery Schedule We value your custom and aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.

Over 95% of items listed on our web-site are in stock and ready for despatch.

We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days, subject to the dispatch method chosen.

For UK orders we generally use 1st Class Recorded Delivery. For urgent items next working day Special Delivery and overnight courier services are available - please select prefered choice during order process.

International orders are generally received in approximately 7 to 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will automatically back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union from 1st January 2010, 17.5% VAT is added.

From 1st January 2011 the standard VAT rate will increase to 20%.

All other orders from outside the EU tax zone are VAT (sales tax) free.

Credit Card Security In order to process payment by Credit / Debit card you will be transferred to HSBC's payment gateway using 256 bit SSL encryption. Payment will then be transacted on HSBC's secure servers using SSL technology.

JustCarKits do not hold your card details.

Guarantee We aim to guarantee your satisfaction.

All of our products are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of dispatch or installation. Some handsfree car kits are covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty - see item details for information.

Accidental damage or misuse of the products is not covered by the warranty.

Installation work carried out by JustCarKits is covered for a 3 year period

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website.
The 7 (seven) day cooling off period and the right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the following -

Services that begin before the end of the cooling off period

The supply of goods or services, the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the supplier

Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised

Goods that due to their nature cannot be returned or that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer

The supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines; or Gaming, betting or lotteries

Business-to-Business (B2B) contracts

Goods purchased from JustCarKits may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund * # of the purchase price.
Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other trackable means, as proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
We will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Refunds will be processed within 14 days and are subject to the above conditions.

Any item which develops a fault within 12 months of purchase may be returned for repair and / or replacement subject to the manufacturer's standard warranty terms.
This does not cover misuse or neglect.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs; the seller will incur return postage costs for replacement of faulty goods.

* Excludes Business-to-Business contracts. A 20% B2B restocking fee for testing and inspection applies.
# The standard shipping charge will be refunded for 1st class delivery in the UK and standard Air Mail for EU customers. Extra postage paid for "Signed For" or "Priority" service is not refundable
